Before moving to Florida, Chef Ted spent his culinary career in Eastern North Carolina. Working under well known and award-winning chefs in "eat local" style kitchens he honed his skills. During this period he won 2nd place in the entree category for the regional competition Taste of Coastal Carolina for his Pepsi glazed pork loin. His time working on the line also allowed him to appear on the PBS series, "A Chef's Life". Blending his culinary experiences with his appetite for new flavors, his food showcases vibrant international flavors with the local bounty Florida provides.
